Very pleased to announce that the Lair of the Minotaur burger has been added to the menu at Kuma’s Corner (2900 W. Belmont, Chicago IL). An excellent bar/restaurant that specializes in massive burgers that are all named after metal bands. We join the ranks of the Slayer, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, etc. The LOTM burger has got brie, pancetta, carmelized onions and whiskey-soaked pear slices on it, on a pretzel roll. Management still waiting to hear from the insurance company if it’s ok to serve on fire.
